The house is made up of one single floor, of which about the half of the surface is cut by a mezzanine, traditional in the Cretan houses. Through this structure, a very bright bedroom is created with a surface of 16m2 which is equipped with a double bed (190cm by 140cm).

Under this mezzanine a fully equipped kitchen with electrical oven, heating plates, and refrigerator as well as of numerous cupboards and drawers is installed.
The bathroom (wash-stand, toilet, shower) is also under the mezzanine.
The other half of the house is the living room, a vast volume with a of 5 m high ceiling.
The living room has two Cretan sofa’s which can easily be transformed into two beds of 180cm by 85cm.

This house is therefore ideal to accommodate a family with two children or a couple and two friends.
The habitable surface is lightly superior of 50m2.

The amenity of this house is its situation in the village of Lagolio, which allows seeing the olive yards of Tympaki and the sea of Libya from the terrace as well as through the windows of the mezzanine.
It is also interesting by its special brightness and by the volumes which guarantees comfortable temperature during the hottest days of the summer season, even if air-conditioning was installed (roof with tiles and insulation).

The house, without being isolated, is located next to a way not suitable for motor vehicles what assures an absolute peace during night.
There is a small garden, full of flowers, in front of the house, fitted out with a garden set to enjoy the agreeable of the aims of day.

“Mephtany’s house” is a very nice, very healthy house and on top of that it has a whole history which doesn’t leave anybody uninterested.

The presentation of doors and windows and its proportions give the house a real cachet as show it photographs.

Lagolio is at 3500 m of the city of Tympaki which gives all possible facilities.
