Pitsidia Village in Southern Crete

At only 4 km from Matala and 1.5 km away from Komos Beach,

Pitsidia is the ideal place to spend your holidays.

The combination of the sun, sea, the beach and the Cretan culture is the biggest trump card of this region.

 

The Houses

 

It is divided into 2 separate houses, the Karolina House and the Kadiani House.
Each house has its own separate roof terrace so that enough privacy

is guaranteed for its occupants. A WIFI-internet connection is available.

The common pergola is the perfect meeting place for the guests.
The authentic charm and its unique position in Pitsidia's centre,

gives this house a picturesque character.

 

 

The Karolina House

 

This exclusive house of Cretan tradition is completely restored with an eye for detail.

It is charming and comfortably fitted out and it offers all the conveniences for 3 persons.

Thanks to the air conditioning in the upstairs bedroom, the double glazing and the thick walls,

the temperature remains always pleasant.
On the ground floor you will find the living room with a single bed,

kitchen and bathroom together with a magnificent open fireplace which has been preserved.

The kitchen is well equipped with an electric hob, micro wave oven, refrigerator, mini-dishwasher, etc.
The large bathroom has a bathtub built in a natural stone surround.
Stairs lead from the living room to the first floor where you will find

a spacious bedroom with a double bed.

From here you have access to 2 spacious terraces on the roof (+/-45 sq.m.+30 sq.m.),

where you can enjoy the open views of the mountains and the plain of Messara.

In the morning you can witness the most magnificent sunrise from the terrace.

Those who like the tranquillity in an environment of style, will certainly have a great time here.

 

The Kadiani House

This house consists of 2 separate buildings, linked together by a large pergola.

The kitchen is situated in the smaller building.  It is fully equipped with an electric hob,

oven, mini-dishwasher, refrigerator, etc...

In the second building you will find the living room, a separate bedroom and the bathroom.

The living room offers sleeping accommodation for 2 persons (2 single beds)

and also has air conditioning. 

A few steps lead up to the main bedroom with the double bed, this also has air conditioning.

Leading from the double bedroom is the bathroom which comprises of a shower,

wash hand basin and toilet.

With the advantage of double-glazing the internal temperature remains always enjoyable.

Stairs lead from the kitchen to a roof terrace of 30 sq.m., from where you have magnificent

views of the internal mountains of Crete.

 

Prices 2012

The price for the Karolina House or the Kadiani House for one night is

85 euro.

Supplement for final cleaning is 70 Euro.

The price includes: air conditioning, electricity and water.

Bedding and towels are also provided but we would prefer that guests bring their own towels for the beach.

Wood for the fireplace is not included.

The minimum stay is 7 nights.

Houses available on 15.00 hours at day of arrival.  Check-out at 10.30 hours on day of departure.
